Workouts
Hey Dude, I just read your comment for the 12 Weeks to Get Huge workout routine, "Give me back the ability to create my own, or bring back some of the old ones… Like the M&F Rock Hard Challenges or the MAX-OT workouts." I too was very disappointed when they took away the ability to make our own routines and contacted them when it first happened. I went back and forth with them for a little while and got no where. Their reasoning was that people with little to no experience were making routines and other people could use them and get hurt. I think that's a lame excuse. I think people should be smarter than the dumbbells they use. Anyway, here's the link to where you might find some of those routines you like. http://dailyburn.com/workout_programs Be careful because some of those routines were made by people like us lol When it comes to WORK experince always trumps education!

Re: WELCOME BACK!
Happy to be back! I had a rough year and a half. A doctor suddenly decided I was too young (imagine that! haha) and active in lifting to do shoulder surgery, and told me not to move my neck wrong or I'll instantly die or be paralized from the neck down! I finally (after the 1-1/2 yrs) found another orthopedic surgeon. My neck is okay (RA just nibbling at the C1 spine, but no danger), and, this August 1st my surgeon gave me a partial shoulder repacement (right), and I'm in physical therapy now. When it's heeled he may do another joint. I can do crunches now, but not lift anything yet. My PT is working on stretching shoulder and arm muscles. We're not ready yet to start on strength. Luckily my rotator cuff wasn't damaged by the RA. Trying to gain 20lbs I lost during that nightmare 1-1/2 years. My new surgeon is great! -- GG

Huh
I'm not quite understanding the toe comments you posted on my page. I started to go lite to help avoid some pain. But it takes to much time and doesn't seem to give me the same results. So, I'll just lift heavy and live with the pain. Also, I'm not really trying to lose weight anymore. Whenever I try to lose weight, I always seem to lose muscle. As of today, I'm weighing in at 215. I'm more into losing body fat. I'm taking safflower oil and might just switch over to CLA. I'm also taking arginine, glutamine, creatine, protein and cayenne pepper. It seems to work when I try to keep my carbs down. Those are some heavy lunges your doing, you must have tree trunks for legs. I bet they cause you to make some noise in the gym. Anyway, ttyl.
