    have u stopped eating? lol

Haven't logged any meals in a while - r u fasting? lol...it's a pain, i know. I made the mistake of making some pumpkin bread this evening - calculated the nutrition - i'd already eaten a slice when i realized i had eaten too many calories for the day - of course the salad and creamy tomato soup from Panera put me way over the top with fat today - yikes

    Eggs

If you look on the egg carton, it should have the nutrition info...i don't get why some are different from others, but i've found the same thing with 1% milk - different brands have slightly different nutritional values....i'd just get the info off the carton, then add the other stuff individually (margarine, bacon, etc) - that's kinda what i had to do tonight cause i fixed squash and onions (in some fatback grease!) didn't stick to the program too m uch today - over in fat

    Water/Peanut butter

You forget I work outside! I drink water all day and sweat it out. I have a harder time with it when I'm home. The peanut butter is 200 calories for 1 TBSP, but honestly I doubt I use that much, just a skim coating.

    progress

you've collected a few apples yourself...i'll bet next week, you'll do even better cause you're becoming more and more aware...what i want to know is - where did you find crunchy peanut butter that only has 100 calories for 2 tablespoons...mine has that much (or more) for 1 tablespoon! You sure drink a lot of water - that's something i need to work on

    Chick-fil-a

next time at Chick-fil-a, try the chargrilled chicken sandwich (not the club one) ...it's only 3g of fat (vs 12) and about 100 fewer calories than the club...you can also pickk up a nutrition guide while you're there so you'll know the nutrition info for everything on the menu....i'm also making sure i eat reduced fat cheeses - that saves on fat, too
