body fat %
as of Nov 23rd my body fat % was 33.1%. i measured this at Stacie's office using electrical impedance machine. my weight was 282. with a formula of weight x bf%=weight of fat. \. weight of fat-weight= lean muscle mass. so: 282x33.1=93.06 282-93.06=188.94 188 is my weight goal.
