Backsliding
Looking for a job and now exams have really battered my health and fitness routine. Thats a weak excuse though and I need to do better. Exams finish in two weeks and I will have time to exercise regularly again. Need to keep up my hydration and eat sensibly until then and curb the bad habits I have developed over the last few months. I'll weigh myself next week and face the music. Monday morning.

Title...
Starting to feel better on the strength training days and the cardio days. Will be swapping the crazy XBX pushups out for regular ones from now on though, they are playing hell with my back at the moment. Currently on week 3 of the Couch to 5k running programme and so far so good.

So I finally started exercising today. Plus I weighed myself when I was done. Workout was pathetic so I have a lot to do. Weight has gone up 5 kilos in the last six weeks. Holiday is definitely over.
