Bad Weekend
I don't understand it, I was able to do Medifast for 6 months with few mishaps but now that I'm only watching my calories I tend to overindulge! I was fine all week until the weekend. I definitely need to find something to occupy my time because I tend to eat when I'm bored. I definitely need help. Sigh

I know it's hard to get to the gym-I have issues going when it's cold outside. The missing energy comes back once you start exercising, and once you make it a habit, your body asks for it. You probably know all that, it's the starting that is hard.
