    Week 3

174.2 pounds! Nearly 4 pounds so I'm doing something right. Shoulder continues to bother me but seems to be getting better. Switched chest workout and am definitely feeling it, best pump since before the show. I will change the rest of the workouts accordingly. Paying for my cheat day but you have to cut loose once in a while. Thinking I'm on the right track.

    Week 2

Inconceivable! Eating this much EVERY day and I lost a quarter pound? Obviously my metabolism isn't on board yet, but it could be everything is going straight to the muscle which would be good... If that's the case. Aches and pains in unusual places; top of right glute and my right shoulder. Need to keep an eye on that. Forging on, still positive.

    week one

Amazing how difficult it is to eat enough! Getting better at it and I almost gained an entire pound... Okay a little over half a pound but it's going the right direction. Workouts are at square one weight wise but slow building will keep me from getting hurt and I'll be back where I was before. Good start. Very positive energies too. Happy :).

    I'm Back!

Lost the link quite frankly. Anyway, I'm back. Just competed in the NGA Heart of America bodybuilding for 50 and older and took fourth. Judges said I was too small which I knew going in. I went for symmetry and definition since it was an all natural competition and got my ass handed to me by a 60 year old man, two actually. Plan is to use this a s a foundation and build a new me for next year.

    be back soon

broke my leg on June 29th. Been out of it for the most part although I have kept up with some upper body on the machine. Due to the type of fracture, I'll be forced to wear the brace until the first part of December and then I can begin to train all out again. Or at least start training. I think I'll be doing the Avenger workout again by Monday but with modifications to adapt my legs. Sucks getting old.
