About Me

Yeah, I kind of figured I'd pay
came off the diet towards the latter part of the week and never did come off the beer which I conservitivly estimate to be between 60-75 over the 9 days. Yeah my roids are fired up BIG TIME!.. Car b roke down and on days this week answering to the little kids that run the show... Going to be a rough one, enhanced oh so much by getting to do about half my workout (if my asshole let's me) in the mix with all the slope foreheads of the evening gang. Good attitude huh?

Fail!
So I wasn't surprised I failed on the last set of Incline bench and I knew I needed a spotter for the wide grip bench, but knowing and doing... I failed and embarressed myself having to be saved by the trainers. It was only 225 and I wasn't in any danger but my ego got in front of my good sense. None the less, not a bad workout. Problems at home and I'm doing what I can to keep it seperate but...

wtf?
really! A weekend of beer, brats, burgers, fries, more beer, no work outs and I lose a pound? Felt like shit when I woke up and drug my feet till I finally went to the gym and other than failure on the wide grip lat pull I was pretty fired up the entire time. Even added weight to the leg raises which pulled on muscles I didn't even know I had. Impressed some by lifting the whole stack for three reps of twenty on the ab machine but straight line machines don't really count. Still.. ego got stroked so that's good for something.

still suffering
not really suffering but the abdominal cramps continue. (menustration?) No workout again todfay but arms, abs, shoulders in the morning. Two days of rest probably didn't hurt, just hoping the cramps subside. Slept well again today, relativly speaking. Next week is lay off and then one week of days after that. Should get well rested, until I come back to (ab)normal hours.

no workout today
maybe not tomorrow either due to meetings and what not. Difficult to squeeze a lot in when you basically sleep in the middle of the rest of the world. Got a little excited by the fact I got 5 hours of uninterupted sleep... Probably need to get a little more than that before getting too excited. Stomach cramps for some reason today which I've been over diagnosing but since I haven't been really sick in over a year I tend to over react when I feel these things. Shoulder continues to nag at me for some reason. Pretty sure it isn't the joint and I'm fairly certain it isn't the muscle. I think the tendons need to loosen up a little and I probably need to warm up a little more than I usually do considering the amount of weight I'm pushing. Otherwise, it's all pretty minor stuff I'm sure to overcome.
