    be back soon

    broke my leg on June 29th. Been out of it for the most part although I have kept up with some upper body on the machine. Due to the type of fracture, I'll be forced to wear the brace until the first part of December and then I can begin to train all out again. Or at least start training. I think I'll be doing the Avenger workout again by Monday but with modifications to adapt my legs. Sucks getting old.

    Good day

    for the elliptical that is. Legs inparticular my achille's bothering me and thunderstorms outside made th elliptical my best bet. Got in a lot more than I thought I would and felt good although it did seem to take forever. Chest and back tomorrow. Rock On!

    brutal for such light weight

    I never have been a big fan of leg day but this one really took it out of me. Supersets as a whole hve always seemed like too much work and jumping from one side of the leg, back to front that sort of thing really kicked my ass. Which of course is the ultimaqte goal so I must be doing something right. Almost due for another progress shot. Really excited about how things are going now.

    really slacked off from documenting

    really have been working out but just not making the time to document it here and then I lost the physical log I carry with me so I guess we have this gap. Started the superset portuion of the program and got my ass decidedly kicked. Not a lot of ill effects so far but I have a feeling... Legs and arms tomorrow, and I'm really excited about it in a sick and twisted way.

    really good day

    felt tired and my knees were aching all night yet for some reason I just kept adding weight. Felt fairly strong throughout. Not sure if it's my attitude or the work out or any combination of things but really enjoying myself and seeing/feeling progress. Next week is the super sets and then I think I'll start all over again, this mixes it up that well. Of course, we shall see when the soreness sets in.
