    OMG

    Yes I said it, although I would have prefferred "Biff" but I'll take what I can get. Chest day pushing really heavy weight till I'm shaking. Really don't know of a super hero wherte shaking is considered his power but today it would be me.

    back work out with a jazz beat. lot's of weight and felt good. Was a little worried but came through very strong. Hard to believe I felt like I was struggling not that long ago. I think I see the results even through my shirt today but I will have to wait till next set of pics. Peter Parker where are you?

    shoulders till you shake

    if it wasn't a good work out then it never will be. Getting to the point where a lot of these I'm going to have to add weight to the stack on the machine! Keeping cardio on the back burner at least for now but I will get back to it soon, Diet remains strong. I'm at Ironman right now which is OK, working towards Captain Sunnyland!

    good arm workout

    feeling the shake now so it worked well. No cardio for a few days or at least limited as I try to bulk up a little. Have to keep a close watch on everything so as not to lose anything. Needed a good day. Willy's LEGO Batman has it made... he can just snap on the arms he wants.

    blew it

    failed at core but did ok on chest work out. No cardio as I will start back to that slowly, besides losing ANOTHER pound has me concerned considering I did nothing this week but eat and it was almost all bad. Feeling a lot of guilt. Maybe I am Batman.
