    blew it

    failed at core but did ok on chest work out. No cardio as I will start back to that slowly, besides losing ANOTHER pound has me concerned considering I did nothing this week but eat and it was almost all bad. Feeling a lot of guilt. Maybe I am Batman.

    pain

    is moving, now down basically around the sacrum so I think we're getting towards the end of the problem (no pun intended). Feel some guilt but very little I can do about it and quite frankly I doubt anything I would do would be of much help. rest can't hurt me. Randy Egli and those guys used to take a week off before a competition claiming it made them stronger so maybe we will do the 1 rep max I've been avoiding. Either way, the Red Knight shall return!

    Hurting

    Passed on EVERYTHING. Having enough trouble walking correctly due to this back pain. It's moving closer to the sacrum so I think it's starting to go away but still a "literal" pain in the ass. I may give it another day or two to see where I'm at, although it doesn't appear to be anything in the back itself, just the back muscles but no use pushing too hard. Wife is fucking up the diet BIG TIME but of course I could just not eat it to. Just turning into a bad week all the way around and the next couple are going to be rough schedule wise but I'll make the best of it. Did the JLA have a schedule?

    "backed" out

    Sort of. Overworked myself on the yard this weekend and am paying for it. Felt I could have done better on the bench press if I wasn't so worried about it, failing on the 3rd and 2nd rep at 215. Not bad but not what I wanted. Tried to work out the kinks on the elliptical but when I layed down I stiffened till I almost couldn't walk. Will try and sleep it away and hopefully I'll be able to do core and combat tommorow. Batman had his back broke and he came back...

    weekend

    which means I'm not eating the way I should. Not taking on the calories but it could be worse. Shoulder day showing off again heavy on the machines. Free weights show weaknesses but it all goes to the same place. Wore my justice league shirt and was told I was on my way.
