Of all I do
the new cx works is the first routine that actually makes me physiucally ill. To date I haven't gotten sick, but it's as close as I want to come. Shoulders before which went very well and no doubt had an effect when we did planks. Elliptical gave way to some great imagery and Doug the Zombie Slayer survived. Flesh eaters beware!

crazy day
later than usual due to a class and a FANTASTIC lunch at work. None the less a good arm work out which is good because I feel that to be my weakest point. No abs today because of schedule but the way CX works has been kicking my ass that isn't such a bad thing. Almost talked myself out of cardio but I convinced myself to go for it good thing to. Green Lantern wanted to give up. Would have been a lousy movie if he had.

really sore
from yesterdays core/combat comno but translated into a good back work out. Schedule will be a little strange for a day or two and I might push it time permiting. Unlike Superman, spinning the earth backwards is not an option, just have to make time to save the workld.

shamed
a "weight" guy into combat today and it beat the shit out of him Think he liked it. New routine is different enough but I really feel it in my shoulders right now. That coupled with the massive glute work out in core and I should be a mess when I wake upI inspired at least one lady today and gave atta boyz to two others... pay it forward. Wore the Dr. today but I don't think anybody got it.

always a favorite
chest day and finally getting some numbers I consider respectable. Crowded around the benches so I went with dumb bell presses as opposed to flat barbell presses but felt like I got more out of it. Increased the weight just about everywhere. Cardio was a little tough at first afetr core yesterday but I pushed through. When Flash gets tired of running, does he jog at sub light?
