Massage good
could have slept another 8 hours but guilt would have won out. Shoulder day today and again it was too easy at first but could really feel the burn by the end. Obviously will need to increase the weight on some and add a set on the others. Kind of took it easy in the abs class although it was still tough. I'm honestly very curious to see where this goesw. Curiosity killed the cat but that cat wasn't Black Panther!

felt too light then just right
by the third set and this time with twelve reps, I could really feel a burn especially in my triceps. Trying to concentrate on exploding on the lift and then resisting on the negative, which isn't always easy. I'm fairly certain I will increase the weight soon but I would like to keep this technique for at least six weeks. Or until I get another crazy idea, In the meantime, they were givcing free massages after the work out. When was the last time you saw Batman give Robing... OK we'll stop there.

Not the news I wanted to hear
Too bad but worked its way into an incredible workout. I was so arm weary halfway through but I continued to push although my knees suffered. Core was equally good. I guess if this is the result it couldn't be too bad huh? Besides, Nick Fury was a sergent for a long time and it never hurt him. Of course now he's a general... and black but hey it could always be worse.

Need to remember
what is important. I know that place puts food on the table but that's all it will ever be. You need to remember who you are and what you are trying to accomplish here. Workout is good as I feell the range of motion and would probablky be heavily challenged at more reps, which will happen eventually. Not a bad back day but I think it would be better if I just remember. Truth, Justice and the American way (?)!

Not Bad
felt as if I could do more but in some areas still struggled so the jury is still out. Other than that chest day plus core ending with 30 minutes of cardio makes for a full morning. Felt comfortable today, which considering the mornign I had was kind of surprising. This coccon is what I need every day. My temple of isolation.
