Pre Workout
yea you definitely need to start getting up earlier, your calories for breakfast are great but they are too close to your supplement regimen and too close to your workout. just make yourself get up, even if u go back to sleep after you eat

Pre Work Out
So I just calculated what I had eaten before we hit the gym in the morning. My calorie count hit 1098 before I had even taken my ShotGun. Do you think the issue is maybe lack of digestion before working out? I really need to work on eating earlier and just being up get out of the catabolic state. I am going to keep my nutrition log with just my breakfast meal up so you can take a look at it. Let me know what you think it is.

Food Again
Yeah I was thinking about trying the ever so gross oat meal and was thinking it was most likely a good idea to get some weight gainer. But we can talk about that tomorrow at the gym.
