hi everyone! ah, those last 10 pounds! its so easy to gain them back and so hard to loose. ok... quick stats. married, no kids by choice, two french bulldogs. love to run but not very good at it, going to gym regularly past 20 odd years, tried every gym fad... stick to spinning, elliptical, free weights.. good diet... but love carbs in the form of good wine and fresh baked bread. Will take that over processed foods anytime, pear shaped so i put on lbs fast! wish me luck!

feeling a bit more motivated and under control
it seems to have taken about two full days of watching the carbs and sugars to get those cravings under control. I am definitely feeling better, less bloated, and much more motivated to staying on my program.... the key for me is to log log log and track, track , track, then i see results!

im back...... heavier than before, but motivated
im back after completely putting my diet on the back burner and trying to compensate with working out. its a combination that obviously does not work for me..... i seem to put on weight so easily... sooo... 10 lbs... seems like I reached goal about one year ago this time of year... back to tracking! wish me luck!

new gym, new gymbag
ah, nothing as inspiring to me as a change in pace. i just joined a new gym, Clay in NYC. So amazing, and also have a new gymbag, i know, silly, but its inspiring! its super nice and super light. its the adidas Yatra bag in a dusty pink. Love it
