It looks like you're doing great! Keep up the great work. Do you go on runs or long walks with a dog/pet? I have a 1.5 Boston Terrier. It's sad that his 26-lb can pull me the way that he does.

for the motivation.. I know what you mean about falling in to bad habits.. I forced myself to workout today after taking a week off.. I didn't want to work out at all but I'm really glad I did.. Hope you have a good week!!

A new start
I've been looking for a website program like this for years and am happy that I've finally done something to help motivate me to get back into shape. I used to run at least 3 or 4 times a week at a 7 minute mile. Since starting my fourth year at veterinary school, I've found that my usual energy isn't really easy to come by and I lost my motivation to return to the campus gym's treadmill. Somehow the warm weather this weekend has me excited again and I am happy to admit that my treadmill and I will be reunited. I have always loved cardio, but really haven't been brave enough or smart enough to start strength training. The Daily Burn has given me confidence in trying their plan and I hope I'll find it to be motivating enough to continue it all the way through. So, here we go!
