P90X Chest & Back
Well, I finally reached 40 years old. To celebrate we had a big breakfast that included some scrumptious french toast. A lot of calories. Slept all day because I worked last night and have two more nights to go. Got up about 3pm and started P90X Chest & Back. WOW! I was hurting bad. My arms are still shaking. Feels good and its nice to feel challenged by future workouts.

Bond is Back!!
Very excited about the Friday release of Quantum of Solace!! Daniel Craig would have made Fleming very proud. I actually find DC pretty motivating as he has a natural muscular build that is accessible to anyone. Sunday, added skull crushers to my triceps workout and wow did they take a beating!!

Tough few weeks...
Wow, the end of 2008 has been much tougher going than anticipated. Tremendous fatigue. Working 100+ hours has worn me thin. Too many night shifts in a row. Looking forward to some days off at the end of the month. Spend time with my family, sleep, eat in the zone, work out, and heal.

Great Morning Workout
Got to the gym at 4 am and enjoyed the place all to myself. Listened to Creed and really enjoyed the shoulder and triceps workout. With work and the kids and all the other complication inherent in what I do, I guess I have let the work on myself slip. Well, things change this morning!! I do plan to help with a little extra motivation by getting a copy of T.O.'s "Finding Fitness."

In the ED today...
Had a great arms/back workout this morning even by 3:30am standards. Looking to clean up my diet a bit.
