New scale, new plans
I just bring new scale at home. Well it's not more bad than I thought. I had to weight my self many months and I thought I was 136 Kg. I am 137,6 after breakfast and 1lt of water. So I think I know my self very well. It's the second time in my life I have this weight and it's my max limit. The first time I lost many Kg and went to 104Kg which is the min limit I remember my self. I can do it again now, I am ready to do it

New Year, More weight
Happy New Year Everybody. I eat well these holidays. And the days before holidays :P I have no idea about my weight now because my scale had problem some months before, and I must buy a new scale now. But you don't need scales to understand that you have more weight. You can see it from your clothes. New year, new promises for weight loss and the life make circles...

What's up
Hey Drussa, How's it hanging? Do you need some motivation? I'm trying not to eat too much chocolate and it's really hard :(

I'm frustrated
If I stick to my diet (hard for me I crave the chocolate) and do my exercise (relatively easy for me because of bike and sunshine) I only lose 0.5 kg/week and it doesn't seem like much compared to the effort, on the other hand, I'm looking forward first to Christmas and my 90kg goal and then to my birthday and my 80kg goal and a huge bowl of my girlfriends Lemon Fromage!

yeah but
these days I try to keep the Kg I had lost. My scale go up and down all the time. I hope I will start to lose again some Kg the next days.
