Title...
The humidity makes it so much harder! One heel is sore and one knee hurts, but I am carefully continuing my program. I messed up a few days with calories...birthdays and holidays....but back on track now.

I've lost 12lbs in less than a month! I don't see it yet, but I sure can feel an improvement in my attitude and motivation!

Running a little more now--probably about 5% of my walk is actual running. It's so much better than none!

I ran my first 200 meter since high school on Monday. Slow, but I didn't stop. I will keep adding to my running time. It feels good to improve!

I walked in muggy heat today for the first time in years and it wasn't bad! I am mostly walking so far, but learning to run a little bit. I am going to sign up for a 5K in September to force myself to keep running!
