Motivation
I tried to send you motivation, but it won't let me. I love you and am so proud of you for getting started on this website. The more pushups you do, the more I want to see your strong arms. I'm excited we are changing our lives together!!! Love you

Day 2
I will do my best to motivate you but not get on your nerves during the process. It will be tough to make time for exercise and cooking when you are on internal medicine, but maybe we can cook meals together on the weekends and freeze them so it will be easy to throw in the oven and eat all week. We can schedule workout dates at certain times of the night and then text each other to make sure we do them. Good luck!

Day 1
So I'm not sure today is the day to begin this new program given my poor eating but perhaps this is the right day to start this change. I didn't enter everything in for the day but I will try to do better as I continue with the program. They say that you shouldn't start a program like this unless you can commit to making it routine. I want to make that commitment for 2010 and beyond so I can lead a healthier life but we'll see how well I can follow through with that plan during this next few days of travel!
