Here we go!
3 or 4 months ago I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and hypertension. I have a wife and 2 kids along with my adopted 15 year old brother Bryton. They want me around and I need to lose weight to possibly get off the medication for my diagnosis. LET'S GET IT ON!
