Update
Been trying to get my body fat down again for about a month now, which has been harder than I'd like. But finally got my waist down to 32.25". I'd like to keep going and see if I can get down a bit more.

Back to Bulking
Deconditioning this week (no lifting) and then back to bulking next week. Going to pick up the HST routine I was using before and see how it goes, skipping the 15-rep phase and going right to the 10-reps. I'm also going to eat very differently this time around to avoid putting on too much weight. Realizing I'm a bit of an endomorph, I'm going to keep my calories in a more moderate range, rather than eating a ton of food. I will, however, make sure I'm getting enough protein though and will probably pick up the creatine again. And I'll monitor my weight more closely. If I start gaining too much fat, I'll adjust my diet and throw in more interval-based cardio.

Cutting: Week V
Down to 32.5" now, which is great. I'm hoping to be finished with this by my birthday at the end of the month and I think I'm on track to reach that goal. I'd be happy with a 32" or possibly 31.5" waist, I think. That Florida vacation set me back a little, but I'm back where i was just before I left, which is good.

Cutting: Week III
Can't complain. Lost an inch of my waist since starting; now at 33". And I'm down to 153lbs from about 158. I am gonna cheat a bit tonight and go out drinking (mostly because my friends are giving me such a hard time). But back to watching what I eat again next week until Thursday when I head to Florida for vacation... obviously that'll be a vacation from cutting as well. But once I get back it'll be hardcore cutting until my birthday at the end of the month. I hope I'll have gotten down to 32" by then and 145lbs.

Cutting: Week I
Okay, very happy with my progress in just one week. Lost 4lbs (half of which was probably water since I stopped taking creatine) and cut a half inch off my waist, which is now 33.5". Wanna get that down to 32" again before I start bulking again. Right now I'm lifting three times a week (circuit training - very little rest between exercises) and doing high-intensity intervals on the other two days (gym's closed on Sat and Sun). I'm eating about 1700-1800 calories a day with only a moderate amount of carbs (which I eat only up until the afternoon... then no starchy carbs for the rest of the day) and then alternating a higher calorie, higher carb day every four days. And I'm not drinking any alcohol whatsoever. Let's see if I can keep this up!
