Daily burn really helps as I can log everything right away and find everything I need. I am now training for 2 big bike rides (for me they are big) in May.... Wohoooo Motto for today if it is to be it is up to me!

Good bike ride today - first time for hills outsid
2 hours - good ride - first time for hills up Horsetooth and around the bend and up the 1st hill.. good day, great weather 60 degrees.. tomorrow weights.- indoors - it is going to snow..!

Great bike ride today
Great bike ride today! 25 miles 60 degrees some climbing, tired on that last hill but feeling great after a very active week snowshoeing on Monday and tubing on Tuesday!!

Good Day! 2.5 hours on my bike
Yes it was cold but it was a great ride and got to stop 1/2 way and have coffee with Colleen.. getting ready to set goal for May 15 Salt lake ride!! Here we go!

Good week so far got out on my bike outside today
It was both great and weird.. I ended last season on my mountain bike so it was like riding a new bike in a way.. great ride short one 12 miles.. hope to ride again tomorrow. Nutrition is doing good.. I need to finish every day.. many times I forget to include the last part of the day..
