Thanks Steven! Dland Half Marathon
The Half Marathon was a wake up call. I didn't train or have proper nutrition and cramped from 11+ and also took time to take some pics at every chance. I tried to follow hot girls and take pics but only 1 really turned out ;) http://edman.janolo.com/gallery2/main.php?g2_itemId=23090

How was the half marathon?
Looks like you exercised yesterday so you must not be in too much pain after the marathon. The consistent workouts must have helped.
