Hi ya!!
Good to meet you! Just read that you are thinking of sticking to a low fat diet...I done that many years ago...I didnt eat anything with more than 4 grams of fat per 100 grams and lost 42lbs in 3 months...in fact I dont know why I havent ever tried it since, because its definitely the best diet I have tried!! Sam. xx

WOW
under 15 grams sounds really hard to do!!! but, on the other hand losing 25 lbs in 6 weeks would be wooooonderfulll!!! :)

Fat
My ideal is to keep the fat grams under 15 grams per day. I did that once, and combined with a workout plan lost about 25lbs in 6 weeks.
