3/30/12 Super sore after my first week of Strength Training workout. Minus the pushups, I am looking forward to completing this 30-day Workout.

Here we go again
3/15/12 Trying to get back on the ball... It will have to be a modified plan due to the torn ACL... Joined the strength training module and the bike 100 miles challenge.

Day 11
4/8/11 I'm annoyed with not being able to figure out the calories of home cooked meals. Not everything is made by following a strict recipe! And what if I eat out at a local, non-chain restaurant? How do I calculate those calories? Ugh.

4/5/11 I am super tired today! And I forgot my gym shoes at home... Ugh. Took some vitamins in hopes of some energy boosting. Guess I should add these to my daily routine anyway. Today is weigh-in day... We'll see how it looks.
