New year resolutions are bogus, however i made it through the end of the year but gained a lot back due to lack of exercise and poor food choices. this year after watching food inc. documentary i will be focusing on more organic foods and more humane food choices. Another goal is to avoid corn as much as possible, and increase fruit and vegtables in my daily intake for snacks instead of fattening snacks, also avoid frozen prepackaged foods loaded with salt. Last but most importantly workout goal is 6 days a week minimum of 1 hour per session. this is going to be a great year, and I am going to be active on this site everyday and hope my motivators help hold me accountable.
