Ate a bannana, 7/11 tray of grapes/carrots/celery, 6 small crackers, a hot dog, small bag of cheetos, diet coke, one cup coffee, reese's candy bar. I really need to find cheap & healthy snacks tomorrow when I go grocery shopping. I just did about 5 minutes of jump rope, pretty tired. Going to do day 3 of 100 push ups then head to Travis house. Nellie is coming down next friday!!!! thing of your goals and you'll do fine. Imagine how happy you're going to be when you're down in the 180's.

Ate two small pkgs of crackers, 6 inch subway sand, diet pepsi, small bag of cheetos, reese's candy bar, 2 pkgs of ramen (can of tuna), Mickey's 40. Did 2nd day of 100 pushups. Long day at work.

Went for about a 30 minute walk, 2 minute jog. Jumped rope for about 5 mins. Food: Ate 4 small choc donuts (200 cals), a turkey sand (7/11), a beef jerky stick, and 6 inch sub from subway. Drank diet dr. pepper. Started 100 pushups, completed day 1. I feel really good. -Idea: going to drink water constantly.
