Thanks for the advice. I've actually done that. I'm going more of a weight watchers route with the food intake, i eat what i normally eat i've just planned it out and i eat every two hours, and in great moderation. Thats harder than it sounds, because of timing and free time to prep everything. But its doable. Durring the day i go for walks and my client is in the same building as me so i walk alot inside, like seriously alot..

my groin is a zoo right now so I may need a few more days to get back running. how about we weigh in Saturday, January 24. That will make me feel better about resting it.
