My Foodrealated goals - Reminder
Learn to cook, eating healthy and more often - at least breakfast, snack, lunch and Dinner. Keep the No-sugar limit I have been on. Go from sandwich-dinner to cooked dinners. Eating more fruits, veggies and increase my protein intake. Maybe a smoothie with protein - mix will help?

Me - Cooking!
I think God skipped the cooking-gene for me - cause all the rest of my family loves to cook and are great at it. Me, I have been happy not burning my ready-made-meal in the microwave. I dont´t know if its because I´m reading so much health and fitness pages, magazines, articles and blogs I can get my hands on, but I am suddenly inspered to cook. And so far it´s going great. I actually are planning what to eat tomorrow, wich I have never done in my life. And finding myself in the kitchen and liking what I made. Amazing. Never say never I think the lesson is here. :) I just hope I have the discipline to keep this cooking up when work begins for real this week. But even if it´s just for two days out of five - I am happy. Every victory counts and Rome was not build in one day. Remember that.

Yes I can!
I was so tired after cleaning, shopping and other boring but must-do- household-work. I really felt like I was glued to the couch. But, I did it, after 40 min with the wii fit, I also did my additional strength-workout as planned. And I am so glad I did. Tomorrow I look forward to some chest, back and more abs and perhaps some Yoga too. All in the comfort of my home. :). Note to self - remeber the high that comes after a workout. After 5-10 minutes the tired is all gone!

My motivators
Remember this when strength and will is low. How... happy I feel after excercise happy and how more ME I feel when i´m healthy and thin much more i will get out of life as a happy and healthy person much more energy I get when excercising it will feel to get in to a size 6 again it will feel looking in the mirror and see the new you Think of the life I will have, the opportunities that will come with a new lifestyle, Working out will bring you a stronger, slimmer, happier and healthier me. Feeling hungry? Take a carrot, a fruit. All is not gone for one days set back. Think how long you have come so far - and think how you done it before! You can do it - and you will do it - for good this time.
