Round 1 of "I wanna be Lance" training....
So I officially started my first round of cycling training for the upcoming season. This is going to be 10 weeks of intense, long cardio sessions both on the bike and off. I had a successful winter bulking season and am ready to put my newfound muscle growth to use. Updates and progress will be tracked.... Let us see what I can do...
