    Uuuuuuugggggggghhhhhhhhhh

    Just gaining, gaining, gaining. So frustrating. Have to carve out time for exercise again. It will give me a chance to listen to podcasts and stuff, and watch shows. I should find the positive.

    Tuesday 2/28

    -1001 No workout day but just barely ate. Today's food is pretty funny: 2 bites of Henry's hot dog, 1/5 of a candy bar, two beers, and some peanut butter off a spoon. Not a day to replicate!

    Fail day. Horrible day. Haven't tracked the last few thin mints I ate or a veggie straw snack yet, but probably finished right around +100-200.

    -408 Weird day, no work out, thought I would eat way less but I'm OK with this number. Heading back into bigger deficits for the weekdays.
