    thanks for the note, and i'm afraid i keep coming back only to get back off into bad behavior again, I really would like to get back to where i was at the end of last year, i felt really good dong better. I'm glad your making some progress again, and I'm going to keep trying. Feel free to bother me, and I'll work on getting back into things.

    I've lost five pounds!

    I'm pretty excited. I've lost five pounds which means there are only sixteen more pounds until I'm back where I was in 2009 and forty-five pounds before I reach my weight loss goal. Here's to a good start!

    Second weigh in tomorrow

    I've been doing pretty good the last couple of weeks. For the most part I've stayed within my calorie budget and been eating healthier food, cooking at home. There has been quite a lot of seafood in my diet. Last Monday I had lost three pounds. I forgot to log it here, so I'll just wait until tomorrow morning and add up everything I've lost. Hopefully I'm still doing well enough to have lost another three, but my goal is two pounds a week, so as long as I reach that I'll feel good.

About Me

I'm just a woman of twenty who is looking to lose about fifty pounds to be back at my ideal weight of 135. I used to have a gym membership, but ever since I canceled due to money issues I've gained back weight from past diet and exercise. So now I'm trying to get back into it, I may end up getting a gym membership again, but for now I'm limited to what I do at home. I'm also using the LoseIt! Program on my ipod touch to help me track calories. I'm looking for some motivators, so feel free to add me.
