Geeking out
Oh, EmY, I am TOTALLY geeking out with monitoring my nutrition! :)

Hey Kaci - So, I'm shooting for around 15 blocks...which translates to about 1500 calories. My actual zone perscription is 14 blocks, but at 14 blocks, I wake up in the middle of the night hungry (starving actually). Also, one "block" contains 91 calories. However, 1 block of broccoli not only has carbs, but some protien too...or 1 block of almonds has fat, but also protien and carbs. Zone "experts" approximate that every block has about 25% more calories than the offical zone count, so instead of 91 calories it would be 113.75 calories, or for 13 blocks, 1479 calories.

That includes the fat bump b/c there is no way with the amount of fat I consume that I could only eat 1200 calories a day. I signed up for DailyBurn Pro so I will let you know how I like it and if it is worth while. I already enjoy seeing my daily fiber count.

Questions?
Hey, I saw that both you and Court set your Cal. goals around 1500, are you factoring in exercise to that? or is that for the fat bump? cause I was looking at 13 block zone and that's only 1200 cals...just wondering

Yum
Thanks for the great dinner! You've converted me back to Tilapia and now I REALLY want to go to Costco! Yeah for glutenfree brownies and ice cream!
