    Upper body day. Ran 1 mile warm up in 10 minutes and 18 seconds. Lifted weights. Finished workout with another mile run. Goal was to complete in 10 minutes or less - exceeded that goal with a mile time of 8 minutes and 40 seconds. Cooled down by walking 2/9 of a mile and stretched.

    Ran for 25 minutes at a 10 minute mile pace (2.5 miles). It was an easy run with a 5 minute cool down (walking).
