I'm a single mom of 2 beautiful boys and work full time as an LVN and also in school full time for my RN. Its hard trying to find the time to work out and prepare meals cuz I'm so on the go all the time.. I'm hoping to meet people on here who have the same types of weight loss goals so we could help motivate eachother though it.. I know I could def use the help..

uuuuuuuugh
i havent been on this in too too long.. :-\ I'm still losing but my eating habits are horrible.. I need to start loging my food again.. hello motivators hope you're all doing well

How am I doing it? I'm not really sure, lol, because i feel like I am constantly failling, but I guess for the most part I keep the failing days less than the good days and slowly and steadily, its coming off. The food tracker usually gets me back on track for eating (any time you notice I haven't finished a day logging my food its because I've fallen of the wagon) For exercise I was doing Power 90 before and I am now trying Turbo fire, I really enjoy it, and its good because I am super-uncoordinated, so I am concintrating so hard on trying to get the moves right that the time just flies by, lol. I don't follow the actually training plan provided by beach body though, because its too intense, and my secret is that if I make it to hard, I won't do it, so I always make sure its still at a level that I enjoy. Thats why I never tried p90x or anything, because I knew that I wouldn't last long, that plus I really don't need to build a lot of muscle. I used to be an international caliber athlete, no, seriously, lol, and there is enough muscle hiding under all this fat, I just need to uncover it and tone it up a bit.
