    A few weeks later

Road to Victory is getting easier, so much that I don't mind adding new excercises to the end of my workout to keep my heart rate up but also to cross train for Softball. Also I feel that scissor kicks are really helping the small stabalizer muscles around my knee and may be all I need to help my knee pain. i'd rather not do physical therapy if I can help it.

Second day of Road to Victory

Oh my god today was hard. All the pushups from yesterday made the bench work today super hard. I couldn't even do the dips at all my chest was hurting so bad. Also my abs are like, broken. I hear you can never over work the abs but I have, I guess they were so weak they are still recovering from yesterday because when I tried to do the situps I literally couldn't. It felt like my stomah was tearing apart. Maybe tomorrow? Well I burned 285 cals and ate 900 something so I am still doing really well on the intake side.

    Road to Victory

I am starting the road to victory workout today. The workout is spread accross the whole week with two workouts on Friday. I am not too concerned with this because the basic workout is brief cardio over different machines followed by the Friday leg excercises. This is pretty similar to what my trainer used to put me through. Well, we'll see how today goes!
