    Under 180

    After yo-yo-ing for a while, I've made it under 180. I know that I could potentially go back above, and it's the overall trend that matters (decreasing over time), but it's exciting none-the-less. I'm beginning to really feel satisfied with eating fewer calories, and it's an odd experience, but a good one. Also cooking a lot more vegetarian/low-meat foods.

    Looking Smaller + Jeans

    I bought new jeans and some other clothes this past weekend and I'm a size 10! I've been kind of noticing that my waist looks smaller, but it wasn't until I put some smaller clothes on that I really noticed the weight I've lost. It's mostly been through diet change, so next will be implementing short bodyweight exercise routines, i.e., things I know I will actually do, rather than obsessing over going to the gym. That will come later.
