Time to update! I have been on dailyburn.com for over a year now and have lost all of my baby weight and then some. I have found this site to be very motivational. I love being able to see the progress I am making and in no time I will be flaunting my success in my little black bikini!

Well a new year has come... I'm sure all of the slackers (myself included) will be here today. I have been training for a marathon that is going to be in March, but I have been eating like crap. I plan on learning how to eat more like a runner. I have always eaten high protein low carbs, so this is a big change for me. I have to find other good carbs besides whole wheat pasta and brown rice. Any ideas???

To weigh or not to weigh???
Sometimes I get unmotivated if I see I have lost weight. I know weird?!?! So I think I will just wait until it has been a month and then weigh myself. So far so good. I can really tell I have lost. My clothes are starting to actually fit again!!!

So depressed/unmotivated.....
It's been now over three weeks since I hurt my hip running. Not sure what is going on. I haven't been to the doctor because it is getting better, but it is not right. I guess I should go though just to see; that's why people pay for insurance right? I feel like no other cardio is fun, so the only thing I have been doing is spinning which I love, but I can only make it to one class a week. I feel like I was doing so good and I could see MAJOR changes in my body running. Now that's all gone. I haven't gain weight; I just don't feel or look the same. I was doing so good. Hopefully I will only be out another 1-2 weeks. I need to find something else to do in the meanwhile. Oh yeah eating like CRAP doesn't help!!!!!!
