Title...
Hi, I just started up again my exercise program. I haven't been on this site for months. One of my sons had a health issue and we used to work out together. When he couldn't go, I stopped. Now he can go again so we went to the health club which lets us see a personal trainer ever 8 weeks. I need someone to tap me and say " hey have you been going?...It is 8 weeks, time for a new training session. This week I bought my computer and had the trainer use this site to pick out my workouts...I had her make 4 different ones. I own a weii but couldn't find how to enter their workout. Maybe next time. Good luck with your goal. I want to loose 10-15 lbs for good!

Hi, I just did my WiiFit Yoga and some strength exercises. I really like it...trying to figure out how to log it in to gyminee...I don't know if I have to hit each one everyday...wish I could just say same as the day before...I also joined a group that is going to try and run a 5K, but am just starting on the treadmill now...I hate to leave my health club's elliptical! Really glad your my gym buddy!

Last week
Tuesday was the first day that I started working out in a long, long time. This past week has been very difficult, but I know its going to pay off in the end, If I keep with it! My goal is to lose 50 pounds, no deadline. I just want to lose the weight in a healthy time.
