I CANT BELIEVE IT!!!!!!! I HAVE 2 BOXES OF CHOCOLATES , ONE CHEESE CAKE AND A TRAY OF BROWNIES.!! ......I CLOSE MY EYES EVERY TIME I OPEN THE REFRIGERATOR.

I TOTALLY BLEW IT AND ENJOY IT!!!!! (OLIVE GARDEN)
but, today is body weight day and i was scare to look down at the scale. surprise...... i still weight the same as Thursday?????not good at all, i want 2 more pounds of by this thursday .

2/5/10 did my weight exercises this morning. yesterday i weight 190 yay!!!!!! tomorrow i do my walking.by Thursday i will be 188!

im giving my self due dates. i know i could do better . 2-3 pnds is not alot to loose every seven days.
