GYM
Why is it that on days when you really don't feel like going to the gym you surprise yourself and have a much better workout?! Had one of these sort of days on Tuesday, stressful day at work and all I felt like doing was curling up on the sofa. Boyfriend gave me the push that I needed and I did great on my deadlift :)

It is quite difficult to stay motivated, but the upcoming charity bike ride helps me to keep going ;) how are you getting on?

how are you getting on? Do you have any strategies for keeping to your diet? I find it really hard to stick to eating less and not eating certain foods for a long time. The exercise part I actually find really enjoyable :)

that sounds like you've got a very healthy attitude towards the whole dieting thing :) and it looks like you've been making terrific progress! I think I still rely to much on the scales, but I've started to look at my body fat percentage as well. Interesting to hear that your partner is your trainer as well. How is that going? We are thinking about joining a gym together as we're going to different gyms atm.
