    Title...

I'm not sure. I use a caliper to track but only one site..supra illiac. I'm not really concerned with actually number since it wouldn't be accurate anyhow... just use it to track progress. Usually just go by the mirror. Good luck with your goals... where are you now in terms of your lifts?

    What I would miss...

Well, the thing is, I can EASILY change to at least a vegetarian diet in every day life but there's a few things I would really miss where there just are no substitute. One of them is the duck and pig I have every year for christmas. It's a tradition since I started being able to eat proper food every year... Then I am addicted to herring, something I would also miss! But in general for the rest there is as you say so much things so that it wouldn't be much to miss! But those things make it hard to go over fully but I'll definitely stop eating meat everyday at least, that's a start! :)

    Hey! =)

I see that you don't record any nutrition or exercises.. It would be really interesting to see what you eat especially! And maybe even good for yourself. :) It is very interesting with you being vegan and still managing very well, takes a lot of knowledges of what is in food! I was pondering a while back wether to go vegetarian but I would just miss a lot of stuff. But I will definitely eat more vegetarian meals in average started cooking some of them and don't miss the meat at all! =)

    hey...

hey man, sorry to bother you again. if you ever get a chance do you think you could take a quick look at my nutrition and workouts and see if you think i'm on any sort of right track? i'm finding getting enough protein while still meeting calorie requirements and whatnot quite hard. still definitely making progress slowly... cheers.

    Title...

Hey man, awesome to hear from you. Thanks for taking the time to run through your nutrition/exercise plan, a lot of really helpful advice there. I just started working from home so I can prepare lots of meals and moved to a place right next to a park so I can run a few times a week and am going to pick up some gym gear for the home office soon so I can dodge gym fees - so I'm really just getting started but watch this space.

About Me

Have always loved fitness and muscle building and been training on and off for the most part of 15 years now. Really getting into powerlifting at the moment and my new 12-24 month goal is to crack 400lbs bench press RAW (none of this bench shirt bullshit), vegan and of course drug free. Have been vegan for 10 years now and never looked back. I am currently bigger, stronger and leaner than at any other point in my life and all on a plant based diet :)
