A good week
Well, it's not Friday yet, but things have been going very well at the gym this week. Interesting to note during my in-and-out-ness a few weeks ago that my lack of motivation due to feeling kinda crappy was not improved by not going to the gym, but as soon as I started going back to the gym, that completely disappeared. OH NO!!! I'm addicted to the gym! So I've been kinda catching back up, but this week has been good for pushing ahead again. Almost 11.5 thousand pounds lifted today and I'm psyched for bicep Friday! A new protein regimen started: I've dropped the Transform+ and replaced it with simple Greens+ and a top-up to my pure whey protein (~90g). Should be cheaper as I bought a 3.3KG bucket (no joke) of protein powder with dgreenway.

Did all my "21s" at 40lbs this week. Nice one, bruv (even if I do say so myself). Didn't kill me, and definitely made me stronger!

Holy cow!
Well, last week was pretty intense on the new program created by spidey and his buddy Joel. Hope that I don't get blasted as badly this week. Seems a great program, though.
