Getting back to you
Been a while and just saw your post from a couple weeks ago. Laid off for a while with spring break and had a cold or something that just wouldn't go away. SO yeah, back on P90 and the gym in the AM's... How are things going for you? By the sounds (reading) of it seems well.

Title...
Yeah I know what your saying. I don't go to a gym. (nice because those things dont influence me) but I did for years and each spring it would get light in there. It would pick up through the summer again though. I used to go at 5:30 am and every spring I would be there alone some days and some days one or two others but that's it! In the summer it was more like 20. What you need to do is slowly eat more each day for 2 weeks. Then go back to your lower calorie diet and your weight loss will kick into high gear again. I promise you this works! (and it is nice to eat more for a while to - bonus) Trust me - give it a shot you won't regret it. As for me.. my weight keeps dropping even though I dont want it to. I just want to lose body fat% (which I am doing well with) I just changed my diet today to include extremely high protien intake. I will do this for about 5-6 weeks. That should severely slow or maybe even stop my weight loss and my bf% will keep falling. Before long I will hit my goal of 12% (at 16 now - down from 24)!! Keep on bringing it Bro. You can hit your goals. Just keep going and don't do the same thing over and over or your body will adjust. Change it up and drop those pounds!

You
What is goin on brother? Been a while..still at it but weight loss has somewhat leveled off. Not sure why but it is...so just keep bangin at it. And you? I see that line on weight loss keeps moving in the right direction. Great job especially as the "New Years Resolution" phase seems to be waning for many. Gym seems to be less and less crowded each AM and they weather hasn't been all they good as to drive them outdoors. Stay focused and at it.

Training and diet at my highest BF
When I first started I only worked out on the elliptical. Around 45 minutes in the morning and the same in the evening, trying to incorporate some intervals (I would do 9 minutes at reaonnably high intensity and then go all out for one minute). About calorie intake, I went some extreme and not so advisable ways. I would eat 500 cals per day (250 at breakfast and 250 at lunch and nothing else) and do that for 3 to 4 days. That would lead to dramatic weight and bf loss. Then after those days I would go back progressively to 1000 or even 1500 cals per day and then after 2 weeks go back to my cycle. At the moment I'm between 2500 cals per day when I'm on low cals, to around 3500 to 4000 cals per day due to heavy training. Hope this helps, keep the good work, figure out the right balance that suits you best and keep the BF down!
