Tennis is great cardio and fun too! Make wraps for lunch and dinner..they are the bomb!

OMG! three musketeers!
to get skinny fast! 1. no junk food, 2, no processed food, 3. no alcohol, 3. 70 oz water daily, 4. lots of cardio, 4, no soda of any kind
