Ease in tracking workouts
If you have a workout entered then click the colored tab titled, "workouts". The page that opens will have your workouts listed. Just click 'submit progress' which is located directly underneath the particular workout. Voila! You can simply add the amount of time and submit. Once the workout or food has been added to your locker room then it's there for re-use. Kind of like recycling on the web. Good-luck!

Hi, I read your issue with eating 250 cal even when not hungry...if you go too low in cals it can make you too hungry tomorrow and also your body gets used to a set point that is too low and this can make it hard to loose weight...I recommend a banana smoothy or a strawberry chocolate shake. I think you can use 2% milk and throw in either a banana or some strawberries with a squirt of chocolate sauce (refrig type or just Ovaltine) drinking 2 glasses of healthy drinks will get you the extra calories and give added nutrition...feels like a dessert!

Hello back
I've recommitted, but not quite sure if I'm going to use Gyminee for my records or not...although, it's a good one - I have the bodybugg and might use their software again. Good luck with your goals and hope the gym went well today!

Today is the first day I've taken time to see what gyminee can really do. I am heading to health club today. Hope to do a strength and cardio. Maybe I'll copy the chart and try to find all the exercises here so I can easily log my progress.
