Title...
16 weeks until the Indy mini marathon. They say you can train for a mini in that time easily, so I am going to believe the hype. I started jogging last week again and yesterday was my forth run in 10 days. That is the most I have ran in that time period in probably 2 years. I feel as if I am finally on the running wave and really enjoying it. New music playlists and having my own treadmill are huge for me and my motivation! My sister and I are on a 5K training plan to get our bodies back into running. I designed the plan which is very simple to get past the difficult beginning phase. Here is the plan Goal: Run/walk 5 K by February 20, in 37 mins Plan: Run/walk 2mi, twice a week . Time workout and try to beat each time Run/walk 5K (3.1mi) on the weekend. Time workout and try to beat each week. After this training we will create a new one using our last 5K time as a starting point.

Restless
I have been feeling restless lately as if I just can't catch up. The lack of my exercise regime is probably to blame. I have found myself longing to reach that runners high I once had but am lacking the start up skills. Work has been consuming and I need to find that work/life balance. I am making new commitments and goals today. More to come. Time to run 4 miles.
