Ranthe mile today, much easier time. Walked through the park and back home.

Day 2
Did the yoga, and the Abs workout. The abs are NOT easy.

First day
Took off at 7am and ran 1 mile, followed by 30 mns of walking up Thompson and through the park and back home. The running was deffinitively not comfortable !!!
