Long time....
As always, I am always pumped to work out another day whe i see you stringing one right after another. The body fat thing; I bought a $30 weightWatchers scale at Bed Bathe & Beyond that has that feature. I don't know if it really makes a difference as I continue to fight my lack of willpower at the table. Getting better at it though. Keep telling myself "Don't eat if you're not hungry," and "You can't out-train a lousy diet."

Great Progress!
Inquiring minds want to know; did you shake that last 0.2lbs. to make your goal? Keep it up!

Great work!
Hey, Dale. I have been watching you tick along like clockwork. Keep it up! I have also been focusing more on cardio lately, especially sports specific stuff. Trainer currently has my name in for a possible fight in June; tough to find Master's matches, though. I have been seriously considering setting my sights on Ringside next year- either the Master's only or the big tourney. Hope all is well! Adam

Weight.....
Back under 230, which is my time to get serious weight. I added a little more cardio (running) to my exercise routines, and have watched my diet a little bit. Nothing major, just a few adjustments. I don't like setting weight goals, I'm more concerned with how I feel and how I look, but I'm setting a goal of 219 lbs.

Fits & Starts
Good to hear from you, Dale! I had noticed you had been cranking out the reps in the challenges; seems like there are a lot of excellent competitors right now, which is good because I am pushing to stay motivated and keep moving forward day-to-day. Put on a fair amount of weight over the holidays although my overall conditioning is still pretty good. Looking at picking up my first Master's fight in April or May and would like to be 220-225 for that. My daily production has not been there, though; trying to justify that as appropriate "rest days." I feel lazy, though....
