Personal Recommended Food Intake
Dairy:3 cups | Vegetables: 3 cups | Fruit: 2 cups | Grains: 7 ounces | Meat/Beans: 6 oz | Fats/Sugars: 290 calories | Carbs: 40g | Fat: 60g | || Atkins- carbs: 20-90 g total |> Carbs/Day: 250-300g | 45-60 meals + 15-30 snacks | Fat: 40-50g |

Plateau Busters
Change exercise routine up. Do more intense cardio for less time. Do interval training. Workout More. ++ Use up more calories to rev up engine. Increase weight and reduce reps. Change up exercises. ++ Cut back on sweets and carbs. ++ Follow eating plan on weekends also. ++ Eat 300-400 calories per meal. 3 meals plus 2-3 snacks. Body uses 400 calories ever 2-3 hours for energy ++ Eat from all major food groups: grains, meat, vegetables, fruit, dairy ++ Don't forget 3 cups of dairy a day. 3 cups of vegetables, and 2 cups of fruit. 7 ounces of grains, 6 ounces of meat and beans, limit extra fats and sugars to 290 calories/day,
