flutinkat's Journal
Hi
I'm ok thanks, still recovering from my DVT hospitalization though. I've just started going back to work part time after 3 months off which is great. It's frustrating being limited to what I can do though which is upper body weight and walking/cycling without causing too much swelling. How about you, how's it going now that the term is starting to draw to an end? x

Title...
It's so frustrating to gain weight when you have stayed within caloric limits for almost a week. Come on, seriously?

Time
Sounds like you have got your hands full! I'm working a hell of a lot too so I know the problems that come with it but I've just about managed to jiggle things around so I have an hour to work out at home but that sometimes gets put off cuz of this that and the other. My joints are still about the same, but I'm having a new batch of test done on my heart at the mo as I've developed palpitations. The conclusion is that I have ME which I'm not so fond of as there is no know cure at the moment :-( Anyways, I'm still getting my diet up to scratch and that seems to be helping :-)
