    weekends are killing me!

    I do great (eating/exercising) Monday-Thursday.....then comes Thursday night, the beginning of my weekend. I display a complete lack of self-control and eat garbage all weekend!!! Yeeshs.......ok, gotta get into super discipline mode!!

    Feeling better

    Well, I have lost (probably just water) about 2lbs this week. Have worked out twice and will make it 3 today. Stress is really taking away my appetite and I have to remember to eat on a regular basis. Lord, I need to work out!!!

    Starting Again.....

    Two trips to get really fit for!! Napa in July and Tx in Aug. NO carbs, No Sugar!!! Working out 4 days a week minimum! Here we go!

    Day 40 of 43 days

    I have lost 13.4 lbs as of today. I believe that 140 is an unreasonable weight for me. It would appear that 148-151 is a good weight range for my 5'10" frame..! All my size 6 clothes are baggy and I feel good. So, I will see the 43 days out and keep my weight at 150 from here on out. That will be my benchmark.
