OK...Time to get back to the grind 011711
Have pretty much blown off my discipline since Thanksgiving. Really took some time off and the numbers show it. But...it is pretty cool to blow off two months and still only weigh 191-192. That being said, I know what I want. I want to fit in to some pants in my closet, use the Perfect Pushup and Chin-up bar constantly, walk a lot of golf courses. And I want to get it down as low as I can get...once and for all. 180 would be great...175...I just don't know. But this is it. It's time to get really serious and get back to counting.

Progress slowed...but progress, nonetheless 111510
184 and 19.8. Weighed midday Monday, which normally means a more favorable body weight %. It worked. I did it because I know that, as good as I am right now, I don't need to give up. There is no reason for the body fat curled around my stomach and bottom of my butt. I need to keep going until the 33" jeans fit without a balloon effect around my waist. I also need to understand if I do get down to 175, I am going to look awfully skin and boney up top. I have to do weight exercises to keep the strength and the look above my waist.

Setback continues 101110
Well...I'm in limbo between discipline and non-discipline. My current emotional makeup is giving me excuses to late-night binge...and that is just horrible. I have to stand tall...to myself. I'm really proud of being in the mid-180's but I can see how this could easily and quickly get in to the 190's without some restraint. There is no doubt that my goal is justified...175 with the right amount of body fat % and, frankly, I'm not sure what that is. I have big issues to face this week plus Crown Colony. This will be a big week. I have a feeling that progress from this point on will be much harder than it has been and I have to admit that the lack of heat when I'm walking and playing golf prevents weight from coming off.

OK...small setback 100510
I knew this would happen based on my undisciplined eating habits in Dallas. I have to get back to the routine before I get to Crown Colony. Gaining weight is no longer acceptable. I've got too many pairs of pants that I want to get back into, and I really like the look and feel of being thin. GOT to stay on the program and fight my way to my birthday goal.
